Parade Entries: Please complete our online parade entry form, or stop by the library to complete. Lineup begins at 9 a.m., with judging at 10 a.m. Parade begins at 11 a.m. **Day of parade: Please check in with registration at the corner of FM 471 and Heather Hollow (adjacent from the Love's Travel Center). You will be given your lineup number at that time. (Annually we have a flurry of last minute entries, so we do not give out numbers ahead of time.)
*Please make sure to include a narrative description describing your entry/organization for the announcer AND the length of your entry. This is required.
**The parade route starts on FM 471 adjacent from Love's Travel Center alongside the right side of the roadway heading into Natalia. The parade route then turns left onto Hwy 132 at the ball fields, travels in front of the City Offices, Veteran's Monument, the Post Office and ends at Aubrey St.
YES! Candy can be thrown from parade entries. Be smart and toss far away from vehicle, watch for children dashing in for candy please!

Vendor Entries: Please complete the online Vendor Entries registration form. Each booth space is 10 X 10 and the cost is $50 for a non-food item/craft booth and $75 for a food vendor (this will cover The additional $25 covers the cost of the health inspector. (for details on passing a health inspection please contact the library). If you require more than one, please note that in your registration.
Please use the QCR code to pay your vendor booth fees or to make a donation. Cash and Money Orders are also accepted.
**Please use the "friends" method to avoid the library being charged fees. (Aren't we ALL friends?)
Vendors should be in place by 9 a.m., with vehicle parked off of the grounds. Please remain in place until the end of the festival.
If you choose to leave against the recommendations NO VEHICLES will be permitted on/off the festival grounds while the festival is open. This is due to liability and accident concerns.
*If there is inclement weather the festival coordinator will make the decision whether or not to close the event, and release vendors wanting to leave. There are no refunds given, but you can choose to claim a spot for the following year.
There is no electricity available for vendor use onsite, so if your booth requires electricity please bring a generator, power station or battery-operated items. PLEASE NOTE: If using a generator indicate in the registration that you will be using a generator.

Directions to Festival Site:
From San Antonio: Take IH35 South and take Natalia Exit 127. Take a right on FM 471, then a left onto SH 132. Festival will be on the right across from the Natalia City Hall.
From Laredo: Take IH35 North and take Natalia Exit 127. Cross over bridge to the left, then a left onto SH 132. Festival will be on the right across from the Natalia City Hall.
Public Parking:
There will be NO parking along FM 471 from 9 am to Noon due to parade lineup. Afterwards there will be parking along SH 132 and FM 471, as well as side streets within easy walking distance of the festival grounds.
THERE IS CURRENTLY NO PUBLIC PARKING ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS. (Vehicles WILL be towed).
There is limited parking at the Natalia Veteran's Memorial Library located at 501 Third Street. Please make sure to park intelligently. Please do not block personal driveways as vehicles will be towed.
Limited handicap parking will be available.
