Admission: $1 admission
Drink booth ( soda/water) sponsored by the Natalia Library and will be in the Concession Stand Area.
Bluebonnet Royal Court: The Bluebonnet Festival court is selected each year to represent the festival in Natalia and the surrounding areas. They participate in various events at the festival and during the year, as well as, at other festivals. Applications are now available. Age is 6 years old and up. Turn your application in ASAP and receive your OFFICIAL letter that allows you to raise funds to participate in the court. Start NOW, don't delay!
**Applications and funds raised are due NLT than 6 pm, Monday, March 2, 2020. Cash, checks and Pay Pal donations accepted.
Parade Entries: Please download a parade entry form below, or stop by the library to pick one up. Lineup begins at 9 a.m., with judging at 9:45 a.m. Parade begins at 11 a.m. **Day of parade: Please check in with registration at the corner of FM 471 and Heather Hollow (adjacent from the Love's Travel Center). You will be given your lineup number at that time. (Annually we have a flurry of last minute entries, so we do not give out numbers ahead of time.)
VENDORS: Vendors may set up at any time during the day on Friday. Vendors MUST be set up by 8 a.m. Saturday morning. The festival ends at midnight, but if a vendor chooses to leave before that time, they will have to carry their items to their car. No vehicles will be allowed on festival grounds during the event. Temporary loading/unloading will be allowed on 3rd Street behind the Concession Stand. Please use the back gate to unload. Once unloaded, please move vehicle to regular parking.
Food Vendor spaces are $50.00 plus an additional $25.00 for the cost of the health permit issued by the City of Natalia.
Craft Vendors spaces are $40.00
Walking Vendor Carts are $25.00
(Make sure to submit a food vendor application and a health permit application when applying for a space.) All applications are due by Friday, March 13, 2020.
ALL VENDOR FEES MAY BE PAID ONLINE USING THE PAY PAL DONATE BUTTON ON THE HOME PAGE, BY CALLING AND MAKING A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE, VIA MAIL OR STOPPING BY THE NATALIA LIBRARY.
Please contact the Bluebonnet Committee at 210-213-1990 to verify if your item has been signed up for already. The Committee is strictly enforcing the rule of only one vendor at a time selling an item. Three item maximum may be sold from one booth. Make sure the item you want to sell is not spoken for already. Example: if hamburgers are taken then you will need to select a different item.
From San Antonio: Take IH35 South and take Natalia Exit 127. Take a right on FM 471, then a right onto SH 132. Festival will be on the right in the Natalia Little League Complex.
From Laredo: Take IH35 North and take Natalia Exit 127. Cross over bridge to the left. Festival will be on the right off of FM 471.
There will be no parking along FM 471 from 9 am to Noon due to parade lineup. Afterwards there will be parking along SH 132 and FM 471, as well as, side streets within easy walking distance of the festival grounds. There will be no parking on the street in front of the Concession stand, directly behind the Little League Fields. This area is reserved for Emergency vehicles only.
**There will be no parking on the festival grounds. Violators will be towed at owner's expense.
Limited handicap parking will be available.
